We looked at a dozen plus houses and we were also bargain shopping and miky never gave up showing us homes sometimes with very little notice until we found the one that fit us best. She is very caring loving lady and will go above and beyond for you and great friend that has become like family.

Miky has definitely gone above and beyond to show properties and get answers to all the questions we asked. When it came to negotiation she was able to guide us and bring up point that would be a benefit to us. As we moved on to closing she really did all she could to take as much of the stress of buying a home off of us by having the knowledge to help us. We have bought and sold several properties with Miky. We enjoy working with her because she is very competent and she is always looking out for her clients. It's hard to find a realtor who makes their self available to show properties and until we found Miky we have lost chances to to see and submit offers. Miky is a straightforward person and we appreciate that.

She was very attentive, she always answered our questions, she made sure all the required paper work was completed on time. Finally, she got the house that met our needs and we absolutely loved it. She did above and beyond to make sure the process going smooth and less stressful. On our settlement day she surprised us with a gift, she is truly special, she assure we were satisfied with our decision, I can not say enough how happy we were with her service. I am highly recommend Miky to everyone I know.

Miky is one of those agents that you wish you had met a loooong time ago. She is nothing but the BEST. She found us our dream home that we have been wishing for ever since we moved into the area. She has gone above and beyond her duties to make sure that we were knowledgeable about what was going on from the start to the very end and then even beyond the sale and purchase! She explained every step of the process to us so there were no surprises. Not only did she find us the house we have been looking for for years, she also sold the home we were moving out of. Recommended some of the best contractors to get what was needed done for a fair price and in a timely manner. Most importantly, she guided us through some tough decisions and really put our needs before her own. If it weren't for Miky, we would not be where we are now and probably would not be as happy! Miky is now a part of our extended family as she treats your sale or purchase as if it was her own and there is nothing better than to have a feeling of comfort and security when going through huge life changing events such as selling a home and purchasing a new home (especially at the same time!) and Miky will make you feel that every step of the way.

Very knowledgeable and she offered us great advice and put us in touch with some great contractors when some things needed to be fixed. Incredibly prompt and never left anything hanging. Very professional and made the stressful task of selling a home a breeze and stress free. Miky was amazing. She was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and really looked out for our best interest. I made initial contact at 8am on a Saturday morning and she met with us right away. We not only had a pre-qualification, but a preliminary underwriter's approval within one day. The entire process took around 60 days! We are so happy in our new home.
