I first met Donna while looking at a previous listing she had. She impressed me with her knowledge of the market, the area, and the sales potential of homes in the area. When it came time to sell my home (2 years later) she was the only choice. She was nothing but attentive throughout the entire process. From our intiial review of the listing details, to the pricing, the showings, the offers, and eventually THE CLOSING!. She estimated 60-90 days sales time and it came in at just below 60.
