This is the 4th house that Monti has help my wife and I sell since we have been married. He has always been very knowledgeable about the current market no matter what community our homes have been located. Monti has also been very aware if what is available in our selling market and in our buying market. Monti has also helped us with 2 of our purchases, including our current Bailey Springs condo. I lost my father the end of May and in order to do his estate I had to sell my father's house. Donna was helpful every step of the way. She met with us a year before putting the house on the market to suggest things we could do to best present the property. Her advertising and marketing of our home were impressive. We had 12 visitors and 2 offers in 4 days! When the sale became problematic due to an unreasonable appraisal, her negotiating skills made it all happen! We are now relocated and happy in our new home. Thanks to Donna for pulling it all together.

Monti made what could have been a really hard process so much easier. His local knowledge, contacts and experience made both selling and purchasing a new home a much nicer process. He always was very responsive, always listened to our needs and always responded immediately. He helped with selling, arranging contractors to remediate the inspection issues, and never has an issue with putting in as much time as needed for us to find our new home. However, I would do anything to help Donna out in any way. This is an amazing agent, and even more importantly a GREAT PERSON. Donna found the perfect house for me. She was on top of everything from the start. If you want someone who looks out for you, she is it. PERIOD. Donna often inspected each home at each viewing pointing out flaws. Her goal is yes, to sell a house, but her ability to read the owner and their tastes is supernatural. She was not about to sell a house with problems. I am recommending Donna to as many people as I can. Talk about class! She was with me through what could have been a horrible end due to me picking a VA approved lender. My advice: See Donna Get Pre-approved LISTEN to Donna. Do not deviate from that order. GREAT AGENT!
