After interviewing 3 agents for our home listing we confidently chose Jodi. Even though Jodi knew I might list as a for sale by owner she never held back information that may have been useful to me in that capacity. Jodi is an extremely competent professional with the experience that is evident through all the complicated steps of a home sale. Her communication skills are impeccable and she never skipped a beat even on vacation. She would continually give me answers before I had the questions. Jodi is all this and more while doing it confidently, modestly, ethically and most of all a genuine person. Also I need to mention her acting administrator/photographer Nikki Wever for all the time she spent to take the wonderful professional grade photos for the listing that was made into a photo album and given to us at settlement.
