Jodi worked tirelessly to get my lender to follow through on this loan. PenFed Mortgage personel were extremely lazy in answering telephone calls and emails about completing this loan in a timely fashion. I had already booked a flight in October for Dec 20 so I could be at the closing scheduled for Dec 23. PenFed did not notify me of the CD until Dec 19 at 12:30 pm with a deadline of midnight. Jodi took the initiative to contact the mortgage officer and mortgage processor on numerous occasions to get some action out of these people. Without her support, they would not have made the effort to allow me to close on time. When I sell this property, Jodi will be my realtor,
