To Whom My name is Conny Updegraff and I would like to tell you about my relationship with realitor Donna Troupe. I lost my father the end of May and in order to do his estate I had to sell my father's house. From the first meeting with Mrs Troupe until settlement on my father's house Nov. 2nd Mrs Troupe has been the most understanding, patient, and abdolutely aggressive when need be, and very compassionate with me through the whole process. She truly in my eyes went farther than she had to, to accomadate me and the prospective buyers of my Father's house. I have already and will continue to pass Mrs Troupe's name to anyone interested in buying or selling any real estate. I can not thank her enough for all she has done and in such a tasteful way. Donna was helpful every step of the way. She met with us a year before putting the house on the market to suggest things we could do to best present the property. Her advertising and marketing of our home were impressive. We had 12 visitors and 2 offers in 4 days! When the sale became problematic due to an unreasonable appraisal, her negotiating skills made it all happen! We are now relocated and happy in our new home. Thanks to Donna for pulling it all together.
