She was clear about the process and what to expect and was very easy to communicate with the whole time, even understanding it is a very stressful purchase and was really empathetic and helpful in calming my worries. Once I found the house I wanted to place an offer on, she worked closely with me and the seller and made sure to negotiate what I needed as far as repairs and more. She stayed flexible, adjusted to our new direction without hesitation, and always kept our needs at the forefront. What really stood out was how she consistently looked out for our best interests. She wasn't just trying to close a deal--she genuinely cared that we found the right place and got the best value. Throughout the process, she was mindful of cost and always looked for ways to save us money where it made sense. She was also super responsive, organized, and clear in her communication. We always knew what was happening and what to expect next, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful.
