5 Stars - Miky Philson is Outstanding I worked with Miky Philson from Berkshire Hathaway to buy a condo in York, PA, and I honestly can't recommend her enough. From the beginning, Miky was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. Even when we changed our minds during the process, she didn't miss a beat. She stayed flexible, adjusted to our new direction without hesitation, and always kept our needs at the forefront. What really stood out was how she consistently looked out for our best interests. She wasn't just trying to close a deal--she genuinely cared that we found the right place and got the best value. Throughout the process, she was mindful of cost and always looked for ways to save us money where it made sense. She was also super responsive, organized, and clear in her communication. We always knew what was happening and what to expect next, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful. In the end, we found a great condo that we're really happy with, and we have Miky to thank for that. If you're buying or selling in the York area, do yourself a favor and reach out to her. She goes above and beyond, and we're so glad we had her in our corner.

If we could give Miky a ten star rating, we would. From our first meeting up until our settlement date, she made us feel like we were her only priority. She promptly answered phone calls and messages and got us answers to any questions we had. She has great knowledge of the buying and selling process and helped us through every step of the way.
