Throughout the entire process, Donna shared her knowledge and experience to help guide me through finding the perfect house. As a first time buyer, she looked for potential issues in the homes we toured, letting me know what to stay away from and what was a good find! So thankful I had the opportunity to work with her, and I'd do it again if the times comes. She was always very responsive to questions and prompt with follow ups. Highly recommended for anyone, especially first time buyers.

This review may seem over blown but it's not. Kathy sold our home in weeks for close to the asking price. She promoted my home honestly but dramatically. She helped us all the way through the process and provided people for us when our needs went beyond a realtor's experience. She is oh so bright, honest, deeply knowledgeable, energetic and stays in contact with you all the way. My wife and I can think of no one better in her field (and no one better out of her field either). Might sound over blown right ? .... BUT TRUE.

This is a note I sent to Kath. It says all I can say other than Kathy is AWESOME in every way as a Realtor and as a human being: "I never thanked and congratulated you for the WONDERFUL job you managed for us when developing the on-line presentation of our home. It was smashing! The still shots, the moving drone shots were dramatic, artistic and captivating. Also I'm assuming you wrote the text for the description of the property and that was truly spectacularly well done. I am guessing that you see our place as appealing most to "well healed" potential buyers who would see our home as a get-away spot. Think you're probably right and think you avoided talking past those who would buy it as a full time place to live as well. At any rate ... wonderful work. Again thank you."
