She was also very helpful after we had a contract in answering any questions we had during the financing/mortgage prep stage. My parents worked with Jodi when they sold their home and bought their new ones. My mom kept in touch and when it was time for me to buy my own home I also decided to work with her. Jodi felt like a "second mother" when we went to look at houses because I truly felt she was trying to find the right house for me and not just push me to purchase the current house I was looking at. She was even honest with me at times and told me that she didn't think certain houses were the right fit for me and we moved on to the next one. Even after I went under contract with the house I ended up purchasing, her experience and ability to negotiate on my behalf made the whole process seamless for me. I would highly recommend working with Jodi if you are looking to buy or sell a house!
