5 Stars - Miky Philson is Outstanding I worked with Miky Philson from Berkshire Hathaway to buy a condo in York, PA, and I honestly can't recommend her enough. From the beginning, Miky was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. Even when we changed our minds during the process, she didn't miss a beat. She stayed flexible, adjusted to our new direction without hesitation, and always kept our needs at the forefront. What really stood out was how she consistently looked out for our best interests. She wasn't just trying to close a deal--she genuinely cared that we found the right place and got the best value. Throughout the process, she was mindful of cost and always looked for ways to save us money where it made sense. She was also super responsive, organized, and clear in her communication. We always knew what was happening and what to expect next, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful.
