He was always available, via phone or email, to answer any question or concerns that we had during the process. Most important, he allowed us to make decisions, on our own, without feeling pressured. This is the 4th house that Monti has help my wife and I sell since we have been married. He has always been very knowledgeable about the current market no matter what community our homes have been located. Monti has also been very aware if what is available in our selling market and in our buying market. Monti has also helped us with 2 of our purchases, including our current Bailey Springs condo.
