There are so many reasons to recommend Donna, I could literally write a book. First off, Donna will not only find you the house you want, she will save you from houses. Let me explain, you get an inspector and contractor with her. My wife and I would find houses that look nice in pictures, but Donna would save us from these dressed up from the outside houses and let you know if there is mold present, possible water damage, or other issues you may not notice. I could also go on about her professionalism, punctuality, and knowledge of real estate, but her credentials will back here up. (That's part the reason why we picked her.) With Donna though, you get more than just someone who is passionate about their job, you get someone who cares about you. In the end of the day, Donna is looking out for you. She has good story why she is like this. Anyways, I couldn't recommend anyone better than her!

This was my first time buying a home, and while it was one of the most stressful experiences for my family, Miky made the process so much smoother and guided us every step of the way. My parents are not the best English speakers, but Miky was so patient and understanding towards us, addressing our every concern and making sure we understood everything clearly. Miky is not from our area, but she flew out to San Jose, doing her research and acquainting herself with our state's guidelines in order to represent us to the best of her abilities. We don't know what we would have done without Miky's help, and there is no doubt in my mind that she clearly cares about her clients, always putting their needs first. Miky is a hardworking realtor who fought hard to make sure we only got the best, but she is also a trusting and kind woman who treated our family with the utmost respect.

Donna's strength in showing homes makes her well suited to be a buyer's agent. She can tell you a lot of what an inspector would say, and even an appraiser, helping you to decide what to offer should you wish to buy the home. She is also very fast at writing up contracts (we have been through this 3 times!). Donna does everything online, and it was great not having to run to her office every time something needed signed. She kept me informed as things developed and helped push me to meet all the deadlines, and I kept her busy with my many questions. I am sure my situation was more difficult than usual. Donna knew what I wanted, and didn't try to talk me out of it or tell me it couldn't be done, then she stuck with me until it was.
