When we needed help finding our "forever" home, Jodi knocked it out of the park. We had a general sense of what we were looking for, but we hadn't done a ton of research and were not overly familiar with the area. Jodi very quickly honed in on the specific neighborhoods and types of homes that aligned with our vision and our priorities as a growing family. We reached out to Jodi at the recommendation of a residential building appraiser who had good professional experiences with her during an appraisal process. Jodi sat down with us and was understanding of the "unicorn" house we were looking for. She brought vast knowledge to our home search process which was an invaluable asset to us as there was plenty we were not knowledgeable about. She researched township ordinances on our behalf and contacted them by phone when a general search did not produce answers. She readily made herself available to us when a house would pop on the market with little to no time to get a showing in.
