Miky was a fascinating representative for us through the entire selling process. She prepared us in advance, helping us get all the documentation ready for the sale which really helped make the sale process smooth. She did an excellent job getting us top dollar for our house, $40k more than other agents wanted to put the house up for. She did it!! She handled all the questions from buyer and negotiated for us in our favor in every situation. She is well prepared, and follows through. She really took care of us. I recommend Miky to anyone who is buying or selling a home. We already had a house so we did not need her services this time. She helped us get into our current house a number of years ago, and the service was just as phenomenal.

Deb felt like family from day one! She understood it was hard for us to have to sell our childhood home. Mom had been sick for almost 3 years and nobody was living in the home for that time, it was a mess! Deb advised us on what needed to happen for the house to be put on the market. Throughout the process Deb was always available to answer our questions. It was a pleasure working with Deb! I have told all my friends about her and to use her if they decide to sell! She was so accommodating, even signing settlement papers, she came to my hospital room! Who does that? This process has shown me who to use as a realtor and who not to use as a title company
