I have been a dedicated, full-time REALTOR® since 2003, focused on providing personalized attention and exceptional real estate services tailored to my clients' needs. The foundation of my career has been built on the referrals and repeat business of satisfied clients. As a lifelong resident of Harford County, MD and York County, PA, I have developed a thorough knowledge of my service areas and changing market conditions.

I earned my Associate Broker's license in Pennsylvania, as well as the "Accredited Buyer Representative" (ABR), "Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource" (SFR) and "Certified Distressed Property Expert" (CDPE) professional designations. All are benchmarks of excellence in representation, awarded to those who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria in real estate transactions. I am also a Homesale Realty Relocation Specialist, assisting corporate buyers and sellers moving into and out of the area. 

I enjoy being active in my community both professionally, and personally. I have previously served on the RAYAC MLS Committee, and currently serve on the RAYAC Consumer Protection Committee, where I work to safeguard the interests of the public in real estate transactions. I also volunteer at "Our Daily Bread" soup kitchen in York and in my parish, and love spending time with my family.
