Miky Philson

Miky Philson

We were so lucky to have Miky as our buyer agent. She went to great lengths for us and was in touch the whole process. She made sure everything ran smoothly for us while working tirelessly in the background. When issues arose with the lender she made sure it was taken care of to make signing! Miky is local to the south central PA location and had many recommendations after we purchased our new home. So grateful to her and her dedication to her work and us!

Miky did an awesome job finding us a new home. She showed us many and not once got annoyed or frustrated with us being picky on what we wanted. Miky will do what she has to get you what you want in reasonable measures, sometime over and above.

I worked with Miky Philson to search for and purchase my first house. As a new homebuyer, Miky's knowledge of the housing market and purchasing process was invaluable. She expertly guided me through the entire process from searching for the house, to placing the offer, to closing the deal. She is an extremely skilled negotiator and helped me get the best price possible for my house. I could not have done this without her. Miky always says, "Call me anytime," and she means it. The level is service she provides is beyond compare. I highly recommend Miky Philson.

Miky was a pleasure to work with. It was our first time selling a house, and we chose to do so in a crazy market. Also we were afraid to make a move because our house needed some work done before we could sell. Miky kept us calm and guided us through the process. She did a lot of market research on our behalf, and presented us with our options. Every step was explained to us and she was always a text or call away for questions or moral support. In the end we received multiple offers and she brought us top dollar. It wouldn't have been possible without her. We will work with Miky in our future real estate endeavors.-

Miky Philson is our realtor angel! She is such a pleasure to work with and helped us find our DREAM home. Her advice and support through closing was invaluable. Miky is polite, professional, ALWAYS available, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable. She knew what we were looking for and made the process stress free. Miky is a great listener and clearly is passionate about her career and the people she services. She is very thorough with explaining all the steps of the process and answered all of our questions which made us feel comfortable and secure. We highly recommend Miky Philson to anyone serious about buying a home. We could not have done it without her!
