Miky was amazing. She was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and really looked out for our best interest. I made initial contact at 8am on a Saturday morning and she met with us right away. We not only had a pre-qualification, but a preliminary underwriter's approval within one day. The entire process took around 60 days! We are so happy in our new home.

The most trustworthy agent I have ever met. Have you ever heard "God has send us angels in the form of a friend"?- well, this is one of those situations. Miky is a very affectionate, knowledgeable, trustworthy and responsible person which all her amazing qualities and knowledge helped us in deciding on our new home in every step of the way. As soon as I met Miky I knew there was something different about her, not only in a professional level but her personality is the most attractive asset that you will immediately fall in love with. She equipped us with the tools that we needed from searching for our home all the way until closing. She negotiated what needed to be and since we lived out of state, she volunteered to be at the pool inspection because we were not going to be able to make it on time. Miky is one of those agents that you wish you had met a loooong time ago. She is nothing but the BEST. She found us our dream home that we have been wishing for ever since we moved into the area. She has gone above and beyond her duties to make sure that we were knowledgeable about what was going on from the start to the very end and then even beyond the sale and purchase! She explained every step of the process to us so there were no surprises. Not only did she find us the house we have been looking for for years, she also sold the home we were moving out of. Recommended some of the best contractors to get what was needed done for a fair price and in a timely manner. Most importantly, she guided us through some tough decisions and really put our needs before her own. If it weren't for Miky, we would not be where we are now and probably would not be as happy! Miky is now a part of our extended family as she treats your sale or purchase as if it was her own and there is nothing better than to have a feeling of comfort and security when going through huge life changing events such as selling a home and purchasing a new home (especially at the same time!) and Miky will make you feel that every step of the way.
