Miky helped us sell our house. She is a great person to work with. She went above and beyond and did what was need to get everything done in a timely manner. As we went through the selling process she worked closely with inspectors and the settlement company to make sure things were taken care of and done correctly. Selling a home and moving is a stressful experience but Miky did her best to make it as easy as possible. When were we closed we were very happy with the amount we received. We also made a friend in the process. There is no question we will definitely have Miky help use when we buy our next home.

When Miky becomes your agent, you become part of her family. She will take care of you and your home. Miky worked with us to sell our home. She provided pricing strategies with the pros/cons of the different approaches so we could make the choice that was right for us with complete understanding of what changes might need to be made if we did not get an offer right away. Once the pricing strategy was settled, she made sure our home looked spectacular. She recommended a Staging specialist and a professional Photographer so our home shined on the computer and in person. She was always available when we had a question. Miky and her team respected the fact that we were still living in the home while it was on the market. We received an offer within the first five days of listing. Miky is an amazing negotiator. She provided good advice allowing us to make decisions that worked for us. After working with her in selling our home, I wished we were staying in the area so she could help us find our new one. I know she would have tracked down a house that fit us perfectly and would have given great negotiation support. Miky is a wonderful, honest person. Her goal is to get you where you want to be. Could not ask for more.

This was my first time buying a home, and while it was one of the most stressful experiences for my family, Miky made the process so much smoother and guided us every step of the way. My parents are not the best English speakers, but Miky was so patient and understanding towards us, addressing our every concern and making sure we understood everything clearly. Miky is not from our area, but she flew out to San Jose, doing her research and acquainting herself with our state's guidelines in order to represent us to the best of her abilities. We don't know what we would have done without Miky's help, and there is no doubt in my mind that she clearly cares about her clients, always putting their needs first. Miky is a hardworking realtor who fought hard to make sure we only got the best, but she is also a trusting and kind woman who treated our family with the utmost respect.
