There is no doubt this is your woman. Miky is an amazing realtor, she goes above and beyond, no matter what it is. She is a hard worker and is by your side every step of the way, Miky helped me sell and buy my home, and she has done a wonderful job. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Miky is a caring, supportive, and thorough individual. You are not a customer or even client to her- you're family. And she treats you as one. I recently bought a house from her, and things were not going as well as i wouldve hoped (nothing was her fault though, it was just situational.) The amount of care she showed to make sure things go right was really touching. She specifically contacted whoever was slowing down the process, got a bottom line of why and what would it take to speed things up, and then managed the communication with me and them. She also took the time to find designs of homes, similar to mine, just so I had an idea on how i could decorate my home. She is also aggressive in negotiating. So, whether you need her for selling or buying, it doesn't matter.
