I would like to begin by saying that my wife and I were purchasing our home from out of state. I was stationed in Texas and set to retire so we began looking for a home here in PA since my wife is from here and wanted to return. That being said I was extremely hesitant as to how the process would work being so far away and not being able to see any of the homes in person. From the moment we began working with Donna, she instantly removed all of my initial fears and doubts. I was beyond impressed with her knowledge of various builders, the surrounding areas, and her extensive knowledge once inside the home. She was meticulous and would point out the most finite of details. Minor details such as double pane windows, shingle type and age, counters and materials, if you can hear traffic inside the home, all minor in their own right, however strung together paint an incredibly detailed picture of the home. I could go on forever with praises of gratitude, but I will end by simply saying; Donna was nothing less than incredible and an absolute joy to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable, has an unmatched drive, and is a true master of her craft
