What can I say about Jodi? Unlike other realtors I interviewed, she researched thoroughly before sharing what I may get for the house. She was professional, but kind and responsive. Her knowledge and expertise was amazing, knew local regulations, even brand new ones, and gave excellent advice. When asked, she recommended people to do needed work and they were great. She advised about what improvements would yield commensurate profit. And ones I did not need worry about. She was open to questions (I am a rather anxious person!) and always made me feel confident about decisions. She kept me informed every step of the process and always did fully what she said she'd do. I sold my house for more than I thought I could. Obviously, I would recommend her for anyone who wants a great experience procuring top price for their home.

From the ratings, you can tell that working with Jodi was a wonderful experience! She was professional, but kind. She had a wealth of information about the entire process, but also the regulations both state and local. This was especially valuable because the area implemented several regs recently. When asked, she recommended people I needed for repairs and improvements, who worked out great! She was responsive to texts and phone calls with the (many!) questions I had. She always made me feel at ease and in every case, did exactly what she said she would do...and more! She advised which improvements would would be profitable and which I could let go. And I realized a higher sale price than what I originally imagined, even considering the money I put into it. I would recommend Jodi to anyone who wants a great experience selling their home. She is fantastic!

Jodi was the other realtor selling our home when we bought it in Jan 2014. In 2021, when our other realtor failed us miserably, Jodi came to mind. She has now helped us purchase a new home from a difficult seller in 2021, and also to sell the home we bought in 2014.
