Donna's strength in showing homes makes her well suited to be a buyer's agent. She can tell you a lot of what an inspector would say, and even an appraiser, helping you to decide what to offer should you wish to buy the home. She is also very fast at writing up contracts (we have been through this 3 times!). Donna does everything online, and it was great not having to run to her office every time something needed signed. She kept me informed as things developed and helped push me to meet all the deadlines, and I kept her busy with my many questions. I am sure my situation was more difficult than usual. Donna knew what I wanted, and didn't try to talk me out of it or tell me it couldn't be done, then she stuck with me until it was.

Donna is very knowledgeable about the homes she shows and quickly picks up on details that many may miss. She is very patient and accommodating during the very stressful buying/selling process.
