I mean it when I say, Donna Troupe is the fairy Godmother of real estate. We can all agree that 2021 was a nightmare market for homebuyers. Donna got us our dream home on the first offer, and made the experience beyond easy and enjoyable. Above everything, she is one of the smartest, strongest women I know. She truly took care of us throughout the process, and I'm so grateful for her kindness, diligence, and attention. She knew exactly what wanted, and would send us listings the second they were available. During showings, she was kind but candid so we knew the pros and cons of each home. She is as knowledgeable as your favorite home inspector and appraiser (probably more), and can always predict what a home is actually worth. Donna also sold our house for over asking in a matter of days, and we got 3x more offers than we expected. There's not much more you can say about that :) Even now that we're moved into our new home, she has referred us to wonderful contractors. Donna Troupe is a master in real estate, but her magic is in how simple she makes the process for her clients. I cannot recommend Donna Troupe enough.
