Miky Philson is a wonderful person with whom to work! By the second meeting, I felt like my husband and I had always known her. Our first meeting was very long but extremely thorough with all the little details of the house buying process; she made sure we read and understood every single sentence and word, and if we had questions, she answered extremely knowledgeably. There is so much information to know and yet she has it all memorized to great detail. She made the whole process as easy for us as it could possibly be. She was completely focused on our needs at this time and helped us find something that would fit those needs. She went above and beyond to help us make sure the place on which we placed an offer had a good inspection (her choice of inspector was perfect!), and got a good estimate of any repairs needed. I am so thankful she was extremely attentive to us, especially my husband's many questions. I would 100% work with her again if/when we ever have the need!

Miky will fight for you no matter what. She helped me buy a house 8.5 years ago and got things for us that I don't think would have happened with another realtor. This time she was our selling agent and again, she went above and beyond. We got top dollar (more than anyone thought we could get) and every hurdle along the way, she was right there fighting for us. We had issues when they did the home inspection and she was able to negotiate to keep us from paying or reducing our price. We had a small bump right at closing and same thing, she handled it perfectly and our bottom line did not change. I would strongly recommend Miky Philson to any person looking to buy or sell. Despite her busy engagements, you will feel that she only works for you. We bought our first house with Miky as our agent. She crafted an airtight agreement of sale that prioritizes our need of having the home inspected in the midst of a very competitive seller's market where many homebuyers waive inspection. Upon inspection, she helped negotiate an appropriate sum of money for repair. She ensured that there is no surprise by the time of closing. A few days prior to our closing, she made sure to do a pre-walk through. When she discovered that some of the appliances listed in our original agreement of sale were removed, she made sure to fight to get them back. She was able to negotiate another sum of credit for appliance replacement. She works swiftly and anticipates all our needs ahead of time. She is a great negotiator. In addition to her service with buying home, she also connected us with reputable mortgage lender, home inspector, and repairmen to help us transition to our new home seamlessly. A one stop shop for all your needs. We were very grateful and extremely satisfied with her service. We wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend her service to you all.

Miky has helped us buy and sell several properties. She is very knowledgeable. One thing that is very important to me if she is not 100% sure of the information she has she works to find facts instead of blowing smoke. She is will to take time to do open houses. She also takes the time to be at inspections and appraisals which is important because she is meeting with the appraiser and instructors so if there are questions she can answer them at that time which can speed up the process and when you are on a tight timeframe for settlement. Miky has a lot of experience but she also has a working relationship with many people in the industry. When people are in different situations she knows who to turn to and has the contact information for those individuals. I have referred friends and family to Miky because I know she will take care of them. If I need a realtor to help me in the future I will without a doubt be contacting Miky.

I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars to Miky. She represents her clients like a momma bear. She will protect and fight for you as much as she can. We received top dollar for our home and to be honest, no one thought we could get what we received at settlement. The other realtor we interviewed thought we could get (if we were lucky) 40 thousand less than what we settled with. Miky negotiated for us after some issues appeared with the home inspection and we didn't have to fix a thing nor drop our price. She expected a lot of work from us to make sure the house was ready to go, but she worked harder than anyone. I also have used Miky as a buyers' agent and she worked just as hard in that capacity, again negotiating and getting things for us that I didn't think would happen. I will never look for another agent other than Miky, because I don't think there is another agent out there that would work as hard. I say that as someone who is living in her 5th home and have worked with a number of agents.
