Deb was too king to ever say anything, but I could imagine we were one of her most difficult clients. We have a variety of needs in our family - 2 in wheelchairs, a developmentally delayed young woman and a little Downs Syndrome 8 year old that needed to be kept safe. Our qualifiers for the "perfect" home were many. Deb always considered all our needs, and often spotted potential needs or accommodations that would be needed in a home before we did. She let us know when the price asked by the seller fell in an appropriate range. After many months of looking, she found us the perfect home within the price range we were looking for. We are grateful God sent her our way. We were blessed by her patience, commitment, & knowledge! And now for her friendship!!

Debbie is a high school friend I was connected with on Facebook but hadn't seen since graduating 38 years ago. I had seen from previous posts that she was a realtor. I had planned to relocate back to MD from my NC home in March, 2019. I could tell that Debbie was a woman of integrity from her FB presence. I wanted someone I could trust; at least we had connection and I had current information to gauge her character. I was absolutely right. Debbie was very effective in aiding me to relocate from NC to MD with an extremely tight deadline. I accepted a job offer and needed to start work in 60 days which meant I wanted to find, purchase and move into the house in no more than 53 days. Debbie began scouring the market to find homes that met my specifications in terms of price, style, lot size, location, floor plan, etc. She was spot on. In just one weekend we viewed in-person about a dozen homes chosen from the list of possibilities she presented to me. Before heading back home I made a choice and Debbie handled the rest from there. She did an excellent job in managing the purchase and seeing it through to a successful closing within the time frame I needed to take possession of the home. I highly recommend Debbie Ulmer. She is an agent you can trust and rely upon.
