Debbie went above and beyond the norm in making the sale of this property. I had a very difficult situation with little time and she did everything she could to help me when everything started coming together. She helped with appointments when I couldn't make them, helped set up services to prepare the property, and even trimmed up the flower bed one day. Only to finish it off with a completely trouble free closing. Her knowledge of the area and the people were of infinite value. She used her experience to accurately gauge the value of the property and actively brought about a contract that was both profitable for what I needed and fair for the buyers, while always keeping our interests as top priority. There is no doubt that the decision to go with the RJT team with Debbie as our agent, was the correct decision. It was a great experience. Thanks RJT and thank you Debbie. You rock!!
