Deb bent over backward for our family to help us with a starter fixer upper home with a very complicated FHA renovation loan. She worked miracles with the seller and saw us through to the end with a smile on her face. Always willing to help us in any way she could even though we were on a shoestring budget - she treated us as if we were her only clients! Highly recommend and would use her again and again!

My fiance and I were both first home-buyers when we chose to use Debbie to help us! She was super encouraging and supportive and willing to show us any property in her power! We were able to choose our preferred time and even saw multiple properties in one meeting! She would walk through properties with us and listen as well as add any input she had on the property. If there were any questions we had that she did not have the answer for- she found them within the next 24 hours but often times within the time it took us to drive back to our parent's house. As first time home-buyers there were properties we wanted to see multiple times and even invite family members to get their opinions- Debbie was always very accommodating. We never once felt intimidated, but we were always excited because her energy was contagious! We can not imagine ourselves starting our little adventure together in any other house, Thanks to Debbie! :)

I listed my deceased brother's home and 57 acres with Debbie & Jodi Reineberg in late August. I hoped it would sell before year's end, but had no guarantee. They had excellent suggestions as to what to fix in the home that had long fallen into disrepair. I live in another state, so I had to leave it entirely in their hands. Turns out the property sold by Thanksgiving! And for a price within inches of what I'd dreamed! Plus the sale was completed without my having to return to Pennsylvania. I am blessed to have had such competent professionals.

Deb was awesome. He really cared about her family's needs and responded to every phone call, text message and email no matter how early or late it was. Every time we wanted to look at the house she would drop what she was doing to make it happen for us. We didn't have to do much work at all. Deb made it very easy!
