I was very impressed with how much effort Debbie put into helping me find a home. The home I eventually settled on was $125,000, but Debbie treated the whole thing as if I were purchasing a $500,000 home. I really appreciated being treated no differently than if I had been purchasing a much more expensive home....a very professional outfit all-around.

Debbie was amazing! She knew this sale was hard on me and my sister because of it being the house we grew up in. Debbie took her time with us, answered any of the questions we had, and went out of her way to get things done. My only issues were with the title company, but that was the company the buyers chose to use

Deb felt like family from day one! She understood it was hard for us to have to sell our childhood home. Mom had been sick for almost 3 years and nobody was living in the home for that time, it was a mess! Deb advised us on what needed to happen for the house to be put on the market. Throughout the process Deb was always available to answer our questions. It was a pleasure working with Deb! I have told all my friends about her and to use her if they decide to sell! She was so accommodating, even signing settlement papers, she came to my hospital room! Who does that? This process has shown me who to use as a realtor and who not to use as a title company
