My parents worked with Jodi when they sold their home and bought their new ones. My mom kept in touch and when it was time for me to buy my own home I also decided to work with her. Jodi felt like a "second mother" when we went to look at houses because I truly felt she was trying to find the right house for me and not just push me to purchase the current house I was looking at. She was even honest with me at times and told me that she didn't think certain houses were the right fit for me and we moved on to the next one. Even after I went under contract with the house I ended up purchasing, her experience and ability to negotiate on my behalf made the whole process seamless for me. I would highly recommend working with Jodi if you are looking to buy or sell a house!

Jodi was very helpful in helping us find a new house. She followed up on every lead, even if it was far fetched. She was also very helpful after we had a contract in answering any questions we had during the financing/mortgage prep stage. I would definitely use her again in the future, if we are ever crazy enough to move again.

Debbie recently helped me to buy my first home and it was a great experience. She was flexible with my crazy schedule and was willing to make last minute changes when I needed. Whenever I had questions (which was all the time) she was always polite, prompt, and would thoroughly explain how the home buying process works. When we finally decided we wanted to make an offer she was on top of it. She gave us updates frequently and would collaborate with other experts to make sure we were doing everything in our power to get the home! Overall, I would highly recommend Debbie!
