Jodi is the greatest! We moved from NY to PA. My husband transferred with work. As I was still in NY and he was in the PA area, Jodi sent homes of interest to us via email and my husband would view what we wanted to see. Jodi was always there to get us into a property. I listed my deceased brother's home and 57 acres with Debbie & Jodi Reineberg in late August. I hoped it would sell before year's end, but had no guarantee. They had excellent suggestions as to what to fix in the home that had long fallen into disrepair. I live in another state, so I had to leave it entirely in their hands. Turns out the property sold by Thanksgiving! And for a price within inches of what I'd dreamed! Plus the sale was completed without my having to return to Pennsylvania. I am blessed to have had such competent professionals.
