After interviewing 3 agents for our home listing we confidently chose Jodi. Even though Jodi knew I might list as a for sale by owner she never held back information that may have been useful to me in that capacity. Jodi is an extremely competent professional with the experience that is evident through all the complicated steps of a home sale. Her communication skills are impeccable and she never skipped a beat even on vacation. She would continually give me answers before I had the questions. Jodi is all this and more while doing it confidently, modestly, ethically and most of all a genuine person. Also I need to mention her acting administrator/photographer Nikki Wever for all the time she spent to take the wonderful professional grade photos for the listing that was made into a photo album and given to us at settlement. My fiance and I were both first home-buyers when we chose to use Debbie to help us! She was super encouraging and supportive and willing to show us any property in her power! We were able to choose our preferred time and even saw multiple properties in one meeting! She would walk through properties with us and listen as well as add any input she had on the property. If there were any questions we had that she did not have the answer for- she found them within the next 24 hours but often times within the time it took us to drive back to our parent's house. As first time home-buyers there were properties we wanted to see multiple times and even invite family members to get their opinions- Debbie was always very accommodating. We never once felt intimidated, but we were always excited because her energy was contagious! We can not imagine ourselves starting our little adventure together in any other house, Thanks to Debbie! :)

Deb was awesome. He really cared about her family's needs and responded to every phone call, text message and email no matter how early or late it was. Every time we wanted to look at the house she would drop what she was doing to make it happen for us. We didn't have to do much work at all. Deb made it very easy!
