Absolutely would recommend Donna Troupe. We bought the Starview home in 2008 with Donna as our agent when she was associated with another realty. We had no reservations in contacting her for the sale of this home on Starview. She is extremely knowledgeable about the industry, communities and was hands down the best choice for us. My husband and I have worked with Donna for several years, she has represented us in selling two properties and buying a property. She was able to notice things about properties we were interested in buying that we had over looked that could have posed problems or added expenses. Additionally, she gave suggestions on how to better prepare our homes for selling. Donna was the agent who we bought our home from. It was not a thought to have her list our home for sale. We moved out of state so all the activity, upkeep and monitoring of the maintenance of this large property feel to her. She kept us informed if we needed to notify our contractors for any reason and kept a watchful eye. She helped in the sale of some items we chose to leave with the house that a new prospective buyer did not want. Donna worked many hours in our behalf to carry this property all the way to the finish line. We appreciate her expertise and creativity in selling and marketing homes in the Pennsylvania market.
