Deb bent over backward for our family to help us with a starter fixer upper home with a very complicated FHA renovation loan. She worked miracles with the seller and saw us through to the end with a smile on her face. Always willing to help us in any way she could even though we were on a shoestring budget - she treated us as if we were her only clients! Highly recommend and would use her again and again!

I first met Donna while looking at a previous listing she had. She impressed me with her knowledge of the market, the area, and the sales potential of homes in the area. When it came time to sell my home (2 years later) she was the only choice. She was nothing but attentive throughout the entire process. From our intiial review of the listing details, to the pricing, the showings, the offers, and eventually THE CLOSING!. She estimated 60-90 days sales time and it came in at just below 60. Her marketing efforts and professionalism were key to successfully negotiating the sale of my property. She made me believe and feel like I was her most important client. I cannot thank her enough!!! Best realtor I've ever worked with.

Throughout the entire process, Donna shared her knowledge and experience to help guide me through finding the perfect house. As a first time buyer, she looked for potential issues in the homes we toured, letting me know what to stay away from and what was a good find!
