Donna's recommendations to ready the house for pictures and showings was appreciated as it was spot on for displaying the house. Donna was hands on and always a phone call away. There's not enough that I can say about Donna's knowledge and expertise throughout this whole process as I had never sold a home before and she made the process so much easier.

DONNA delivered well beyond our expectations. Extremely knowledgeable, caring, respectful and she delivered. A house I almost lost twice we finally got. Couldn't be happier with anyone else. Every house we walked into she treated it as if she was buying the house for herself and puts our needs in place. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. DONNA is amazing !

There are so many reasons to recommend Donna, I could literally write a book. First off, Donna will not only find you the house you want, she will save you from houses. Let me explain, you get an inspector and contractor with her. My wife and I would find houses that look nice in pictures, but Donna would save us from these dressed up from the outside houses and let you know if there is mold present, possible water damage, or other issues you may not notice. I could also go on about her professionalism, punctuality, and knowledge of real estate, but her credentials will back here up. (That's part the reason why we picked her.) With Donna though, you get more than just someone who is passionate about their job, you get someone who cares about you. In the end of the day, Donna is looking out for you. She has good story why she is like this. Anyways, I couldn't recommend anyone better than her!

Donna's strength in showing homes makes her well suited to be a buyer's agent. She can tell you a lot of what an inspector would say, and even an appraiser, helping you to decide what to offer should you wish to buy the home. She is also very fast at writing up contracts (we have been through this 3 times!). Donna does everything online, and it was great not having to run to her office every time something needed signed. She kept me informed as things developed and helped push me to meet all the deadlines, and I kept her busy with my many questions. I am sure my situation was more difficult than usual. Donna knew what I wanted, and didn't try to talk me out of it or tell me it couldn't be done, then she stuck with me until it was.
