Had hired Jodi many years ago when our home sale turned into a short sale. She was professional, caring, and real. Never a single judgment from her. She had even taken us around to many properties before our home became a short sale. Helped our family of 7 find a rental after our short sale!! Years later, we hired her to sell our marital home. Going thru a messy divorce, she was professional, understanding, caring, and went out of her way to make sure things went smoothly for everyone. She truly is a real human being who loves what she does and it shows. She's honest and does what's best for her clients, regardless of her outcome. I am beyond grateful to her and for all the things she has done to go out of her way to show she cares! Thank you Jodi!! ??

If it wasn't for Jodi's professionalism and expertise we would have never purchased the land in Seven Valleys, Pa. It took us almost a year to purchase the property due to issues with county and state requirements. Through the whole process, Jodi was constantly in contact with the seller's agent keeping us abreast of each issue. Her knowledge of buying property was extensive. She walked the property with us and pointed out the stakes for the property lines. Explained the type of wells, septic tanks, etc.. Every question we had she either knew the answer or was able to provide an answer within days. She provided us with multiple construction companies and financial institutions to make our jobs less stressful. After doing our research, we are using one of the construction company she recommended. I would have been lost without her!

Debbie made calls to my lender and other agencies on my behalf when I was too frustrated/overwhelmed to do it. Her availability was excellent and it never took more than a few hours to get a return calls.
