First of all, I would like to tell you how Monti went above and beyond his duties/responsibilities as my realtor. There were a couple of things that really impressed me that Monti took care himself. First, as the result of the house inspection, for safety reasons the buyer requested to have CSST wiring installed in the house. Monti actually did the wiring himself and arranged for a professional Electrician to have it inspected. Secondly, he took care of all necessary septic inspection requirements from the scheduling to the actual payment for the work. To top things off he was there when the inspection took place and he actually covered the tanks when it was done. One other thing I forgot to mention was the buyer wanted a reverse osmosis system installed in the kitchen. So Monti used his contacts to find a professional installer that charged a fair price and completed the job in a reasonable time to make our settlement date. I didn't need to get involved in any of these processes at all. In other words, Monti made the entire house selling experience easy and extremely hassle-free for us. It was a pleasure working with him and would have absolutely no problem recommending Monti to anyone.

Monti was so easy to do business with! He always made me feel comfortable if or when any issues came up. He was always eager to address ANY of my questions and/or concerns in the beginning as well as during the entire process of selling my house. Monti made this experience easy, quick and thorough.
