Monti made what could have been a really hard process so much easier. His local knowledge, contacts and experience made both selling and purchasing a new home a much nicer process. He always was very responsive, always listened to our needs and always responded immediately. He helped with selling, arranging contractors to remediate the inspection issues, and never has an issue with putting in as much time as needed for us to find our new home. Monti came to our attention via the personal recommendation of a trusted friend whose house he sold and i would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else. A consummate professional.
