This review may seem over blown but it's not. Kathy sold our home in weeks for close to the asking price. She promoted my home honestly but dramatically. She helped us all the way through the process and provided people for us when our needs went beyond a realtor's experience. She is oh so bright, honest, deeply knowledgeable, energetic and stays in contact with you all the way. My wife and I can think of no one better in her field (and no one better out of her field either). Might sound over blown right ? .... BUT TRUE.

This is a note I sent to Kath. It says all I can say other than Kathy is AWESOME in every way as a Realtor and as a human being: "I never thanked and congratulated you for the WONDERFUL job you managed for us when developing the on-line presentation of our home. It was smashing! The still shots, the moving drone shots were dramatic, artistic and captivating. Also I'm assuming you wrote the text for the description of the property and that was truly spectacularly well done. I am guessing that you see our place as appealing most to "well healed" potential buyers who would see our home as a get-away spot. Think you're probably right and think you avoided talking past those who would buy it as a full time place to live as well. At any rate ... wonderful work. Again thank you."

We HIGHLY recommend Jodi to anyone who needs a realtor. She was very professional, had loads of knowledge & extremely attentative to every detail in the purchase of our new home. We purchased from out of state and she made this move sooooooooo amazing, especially during this difficult Covid19 pandemic. She made sure to be beyond flexible every time a change came up due to constant changes that occurred during this tough time. She updated us with phone calls or text messages for any & every necessary portion of the sale, so we would not miss a single thing. Jodi was extensively thorough and we do not think we would have been able to purchase our beautiful new home with another realtor.
