We worked with Kathy in a not so easy FSBO situation. she was very responsive to us, kept us in the loop constantly and made many calls on our behalf to help us get the property settled. Kathy showed us many property options and spent time showing us around the area as we had just relocated to York from Pittsburgh. We will definitely use her services again if we decide to sell or purchase properties in the future
