We can't say enough positive about Jodi's handling of the listing, sale, and settlement of our property. Everything that she predicted with the sale occurred. It was a unique property and her research and experience nailed the asking price and time table for settlement. On top of that, we were out of town at settlement, so she made sure the paperwork was ready for us to sign early and she took care of settlement and the deposit of our funds.
