There's always more to buying a house then getting a good deal. Who do I talk to about a mortgage, mowing, childcare, cleaning, painting, flooring, getting your hair done? ... the list just goes on and on. Well, There's Angies List and then there's "Jodi's List"! Ann and I would simply ask a question and her phone came out and the contact was given. Sometimes, the contact knew about our need before we even called. We often hear about "Value Added" from our service providers. Jodi doesn't preach it; she delivers it!

From our first introduction through the closing Jodi was really great! I was selling my mothers condo and though this was not a high value property she jumped right in, utilized the resources of her firm and was very communicative throughout. Ultimately she found interested parties and we worked together to settle on a fair price. Additionally, as I live and work out of town, she helped secure cleaning services locally so that the sale process would not be unnecessarily delayed. Her skill, service, and personality are all that a buyer like myself could have wanted. Especially for the fact this was a remote purchase from a different state Jodi made the entire process seamless. Jodi showed us multiple homes remotely and made it a pleasurable process. She inspired trust and confidence in the process as every turn. In fact, due to a series of negative experiences with realtors I almost was ready to scrap the idea of buying a house in another state AND relocate. Jodi provided skilled diplomacy in dealing with the selling party as well as my selling broker in Florida. She triangulated the information throughout the process in a way that I was confident that things would work out. To be clear, Jodi went above and beyond when it came to that difficult transition of driving across the country with animals and your life packed away in a pod you hope shows up in a few days. She guided the process of hotel stays, pet-sitting, and even making sure we had a nice warm dinner our first night there. IF YOU ARE MOVING ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND GOING TO BUY A HOME, I COULD RECOMMEND NO ONE MORE THAN JODI. I am sure she is amazing on a local purchase as well but it was important for me to be clear on what a positive and professional process it was. She also was keen and insightful when it came to negotiations or pricing. It was a buyer centered process for the entire time.
