Monti was fantastic. Not only did he know the area well, but he also knew all of the county officials and regulators that were relevant to the sale of a property. While there weren't any significant "hiccups" during the sale process, I had total confidence that he could deal with anything that arose. He personally managed and dealt with the few minor issues that needed attention and we had 3 over-asking offers within 48 hours of listing. Truly a delight as a realtor and as a person. I can't recommend him too highly.
