Karin is a charismatic, warm person, and I wanted to work with her immediately. From the moment I met her, I knew she was diligent. She was canvassing my neighborhood with door hangers and knocking on doors. She knows the area and is current on the housing market. She made the process so easy and carefree, dare I say enjoyable? She went through each document before we signed/initialed it. I could reach her at ANY time I needed her. We always felt comfortable knowing that she had everything under control. We trusted her to handle the closing while we were out of state, and again, it was a breeze. It was like working with a really good friend, if your friend was a real estate boss lady/super hero.

We are extremely happy with how Jodi handled the listing and sale of our house. It was a unique property and her research and experience nailed the listing price and market. Everything that she predicted would occur happened. In addition, we were out of town at settlement. She made sure the papers were ready for us to sign early and she handled settlement and the deposit of our funds. She kept on top of things and made the process painless. It was obvious through the whole process how much she cared. We would highly recommend her. Great experience.

What can I say about Jodi? Unlike other realtors I interviewed, she researched thoroughly before sharing what I may get for the house. She was professional, but kind and responsive. Her knowledge and expertise was amazing, knew local regulations, even brand new ones, and gave excellent advice. When asked, she recommended people to do needed work and they were great. She advised about what improvements would yield commensurate profit. And ones I did not need worry about. She was open to questions (I am a rather anxious person!) and always made me feel confident about decisions. She kept me informed every step of the process and always did fully what she said she'd do. I sold my house for more than I thought I could. Obviously, I would recommend her for anyone who wants a great experience procuring top price for their home.
